Some of Dermatology will be down to normal seasonal variation (summer always busier), not unique to 2021.

I don't think so -- consultant dermatologists tend to be interested in rather severe problems rather than the nasty rashes that can sometimes result from mask wearing.

The guy went from 100% to on the ground clutching his chest in seconds. This isn't normal, even for ill people. Yet professional footballers are some of the most medically supervised people in the world -- there's little chance of there being an undiagnosed vulnerability in them. This is all very concerning.
